Bhenito is Africa's global investment and wealth platform. We help professionals, families and institutions access carefully selected investment opportunities through disciplined research, trusted partnerships and long-term stewardship.
Bhenito provides investment-related information and access to selected opportunities. We do not provide regulated financial advice unless explicitly stated and appropriately authorised. Clients should obtain independent financial, legal and tax advice.
Our platform serves African professionals, entrepreneurs, diaspora investors, wealthy families, and institutional partners seeking structured access to global investment opportunities.
Our core capabilities include property investments (particularly UK supported living and income-generating residential), private wealth advisory, family office coordination, investment research and institutional partnerships.
No. All investments carry risk and returns are not guaranteed. Any figures or yields shown are indicative and subject to due diligence. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
Our process follows five stages: Discover, Assess, Structure, Invest and Monitor. We begin by understanding your objectives, assess suitability, coordinate professional advisers, execute with transparent documentation, and provide ongoing stewardship.
Complete the consultation prep pack on Adviser Booking, submit the Contact form (meeting assistant available), or email info@bhenito.com. Self-serve calendar holds are not live — booking remains assisted. We aim to respond within two business days.
Yes. Bhenito specialises in supporting cross-border investors, particularly African diaspora professionals and international clients seeking UK and global investment access. Suitability and regulatory requirements vary by jurisdiction.
Specialist supported living is a UK housing model where investors typically acquire property subject to long occupational leases, while specialist operators deliver care and housing services. Income cases are lease- and counterparty-dependent — never guaranteed. Review How SSH Works before committing.
CPI +1 usually describes an inflation-linked rent review using the Consumer Prices Index plus one percentage point — but only if the executed lease says so, and only within any caps, floors or defined formula. Calculators are illustrative arithmetic, not forecasts.
A disciplined sequence starts with objectives and risk tolerance, assembling UK solicitors and tax advisers, completing suitability screening, reviewing packs, then reservation and completion subject to contract. Education does not replace regulated advice.
Material themes include title, lease covenant and FRI schedules, operator credentials, commissioning context, costs, tax and exit assumptions. Use Bhenito’s diligence checklist as a starting framework — not an exhaustive legal opinion.
Family offices and principals typically begin with a confidential conversation on objectives and governance, then research and — where suitable — opportunity review. Capabilities are calibrated honestly; legal and fiduciary advisers remain essential.
Solicitors and professional advisers can use the solicitor pathway or contact form with legal-pack intent. Bhenito coordinates documentation access subject to suitability; solicitors remain the client’s legal advisers of record.
Yes. Existing clients can sign in to the Client Portal for relationship overview, shortlist, document vault, Document Q&A, Portfolio Health Checker and reporting pack requests. Reporting packs are also listed publicly at /resources/reporting-packs for request via Contact. Multi-factor authentication is available. Live NAV feeds and in-app alerts continue to expand under honest status labels.
Use the Partner Workspace for referral lifecycle stages and submission standards, complete the deal-room readiness pack if you need authenticated access, then submit partnership or status enquiries via Contact. Deal rooms remain by invitation and soft-fail empty until assigned.
Development access is by invitation after experience and risk screening. Complete the invitation prep pack on the Development Opportunities page, then request a conversation via Contact. The pack does not share project packs or imply suitability.
Yes — education-first diaspora and community partnerships with clear disclaimers and individual consultation pathways. Use the partnership brief on Diaspora Partnerships, then explore via institutional Contact. Not group selling or collective advice.
Visit the Investment Intelligence Centre for public research, or use the Research Library pack to shortlist reading and request gated client packs when eligible. Publications are informational and do not constitute regulated advice.
Bhenito publishes anonymised case frames that describe process — suitability, diligence and professional coordination — without guaranteed outcomes or performance claims. They are educational illustrations, not return testimonials.
