What we use today

Essential cookies / local storage: we store a cookie-consent preference in your browser (key: bhenito_cookie_consent) so we can remember whether you chose essential-only or accept-all. Session cookies may be used for authenticated client portal access via our hosting and authentication providers.

Analytics

If you select “Accept all”, we may load Google Analytics 4 and/or Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (page views, clicks, and anonymised behaviour). These tools only load after consent. Measurement IDs are configured via environment variables and can be disabled by omitting those variables. Essential-only visitors are not tracked by these tools. Counsel should confirm vendor DPAs and transfer mechanisms before production use of personal data for analytics.

Managing preferences

You can revisit cookie choices at any time by opening /legal/cookie-policy?cookies=1 or appending ?cookies=1 to any page URL, which re-opens the consent banner. You can also clear site data in your browser. Refusing non-essential cookies will not block core browsing of public pages.
