Diligence operations
Multi-asset diligence ops model
A shared operating standard for screening, pack assembly, legal review and investor-ready release — applied across specialist supported living, residential and development inventory.
Bhenito treats opportunities as an investment inventory, not a property listing feed. Each asset moves through diligence stages before it is presented as investor-ready. Stages are operational discipline — they do not guarantee investment outcomes or replace independent advice.
The same stage logic applies across asset classes. Evidence requirements differ by type (lease and operator for SSH; title and planning for development; tenancy and EPC for residential), but the control path is consistent.

Diligence stages describe Bhenito’s internal operating model for inventory quality. They are not a credit rating, valuation or regulated recommendation. Investors must obtain independent legal, tax and financial advice.
